Service scope
The product is provided by FIDUS S.R.L. according to the features, configuration and service levels agreed in the applicable offer.
Accounts and access
The customer is responsible for credentials, authorised users and the accuracy of information configured in the account.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, abusive or misleading activities, or in violation of third-party rights, communication rules or data protection law.
Data and content
The customer retains rights in its data and content. Fidus processes them as needed to provide, protect and improve the service under the applicable agreements.
Continuity and liability
Availability, support, limitations and liability are governed by the contract. No marketing page replaces signed terms.
